Dominic Paris is a Physical education teacher and Sport conditioning coach. He hold a Master degree in physical education and sport (France).

As a strength and conditioning coach he worked with several World champions in boxing and kickboxing from different countries.

He was the personal strength and conditioning coach of Oscar De La Hoya. The last several years he worked with several undefeated young professional boxers in Los Angeles and New York.

He has 25 years experience of teaching, training and coaching (amateur and professional athletes, young athletes and kids, business people and celebrities), he is also author of several books in France.

Dominic Paris is born in Orleans, France. He started practicing sports at a very young age: skiing at 5, kayaking at 8, rock climbing, gymnastics, judo… Kayaking became his main sport and he trained and competed at the elite level (National Team and international events), in Slalom and Downriver. During his university years, he trained in many sports including track and field, soccer, rugby…

Recent work with professional boxers in Los Angeles: Jose “Chon” Zepeda, Julian Ramirez, Panchito De Vaca, Edgar Valerio (Golden Boy Promotions).
